Mouse/Rat nanodisc membrane scaffold proteins (MSPs)
Membrane scaffold proteins (MSPs) are typically used for the reconstitution of already isolated proteins. A variety of membrane scaffold proteins (MSPs) are available that can be assembled to nanodiscs of different sizes to accommodate proteins with varying numbers of transmembrane domains. As human MSPs might interfere with certain applications such as immunization of mice or rats with human antigens, we offer animal homologue scaffold proteins. For use in cell-free expression reactions, pre-assembled mouse and rat nanodiscs are available.
Why Membrane scaffold proteins?
Suitable for immunization in mice or rats
