Product information "PureCube Amine Activated Agarose XL"
|Bead size:||400 µm|
PureCube Amine Activated Agarose XL resin is produced for the purpose of covalent coupling of biomolecules for affinity purification with increased FPLC flow rates. It targets free and exposed carboxy groups and crosslinks them to the resin bead via the crosslinking reagent EDC. It forms a peptide bond with the targes, which is stable enough e.g. a following affinity purification. If a high flow rate is not as important we recommend Amine activated agerose resin (40 µm) instead Amine activated agerose resin (40 µm) instead or alternatively use Amine Activated magnetic beads.
