The Rho1D4 protein affinity tag (TETSQVAPA) is nine amino acid long. It is highly recommended for membrane protein purification.It even outperformes the better known Flag-tag in both purity & protein yield. Our PureCube Rho1D4 cartridge / columns was made to be competible with most commonly used FPLC machinery like Äktas. Please confirm in the corresponding features table on this site if the compability to your hardware is given.
If not, we recommend you to have a look at the PureCube Rho1D4 COMPACT Cartridges / columns. The prepacked resin is composed of ~40 µm diameter agarose beads that are functionalized with the Rho1D4 antibody.
This product is also available part of our practical Rho1D4 Starter Set 3 together with the Rho1D4 protein elution peptide.
