PureCube zinc-NTA (Zn-NTA) agarose resin beads were developped by Cube Biotech for two purposes: First protein purification of his tagged protein. But more importantly: The enrichment of zinc-ion-binding proteins, e.g. the zinc-finger proteins. For your convenience we also offer our PureCube Zn-NTA agarose pre-filled into FPLC cartridges / columns. We also offer an additional option besides to agarose resin, namely our Zn-NTA magnetic beads.
