Purified MC4R (Melanocortin 4 Receptor)

MC4R, a human GPCR playing a central role in energy homeostasis, is our latest addition to our portfolio of purified GPCRs, which also includes GLP1 receptor 1, G-protein coupled bile receptor 1 (TGR5), neurotensin receptor 1, and mu-opioid receptor 1, reconstituted in nanodisc.


The protein is available off-the shelf, ready for ligand binding studies, crystallization, and other biochemical/biophysical experiments.
