Our PureCube Epoxy Activated agarose resin beads are a great tool to couple biomolecules that carry thiol, amine and hydroxyl groups to agarose beads. The resulting secondary amine, ether- or thio-ether-bonds between biomolecule of interest and the beads are stable, for any subsequent assays. Our PureCube Epoxy Activated agarose resin is also available as magnetic beads or and regular sized (40 µm) if a higher flow rate is not as important.
