Our PureCube 100 Co-NTA agarose consist of agarose resin beads with a diameter of 100 µm. They are used for the purification of active & stable His Tag protein from e.g. cell lysates. Our agarose resins are suited for batch spin columns and FPLC. Co-NTA provides purer protein eluates that Ni-NTA. Furthermore we recommend our PureCube Co-NTA resin with 40 µm diameter and for cases that require a drastically increased flow rate of the beads our Purecube XL Co-NTA agarose beads.
