PureCube Ni-IDA Agarose

PureCube Ni-IDA agarose resins for His-tag protein purification are small agarose beads (Ø 40 µm) for batch spin columns and FPLC. Their small size provides them with great mechanical stability. Their great protein yield of at least 70 mg of pure His-tagged per ml resin also comes from the high density of Ni-IDA groups in the suspension due to the small bead size and subsequent huge total surface area of the beads.
