Purifying a novel protein through HIC (hydrophobic interaction chromatography) always requires screening for the best suited hydrophobic group for the purification. They differ from protein to protein regarding protein yield and protein purity. For this screening purpose Cube Biotech offer three different, HIC agarose resins to screen for the best one.
