PureCube Al-NTA agarose resin beads by Cube Biotech were developed for the enrichment of phosphorylated peptides. The affinity matrix is based on 7.5 % cross-linked agarose, to which the Al-NTA ligand if bound to. The average bead size is 40 µm with a great homogenicity between the individual beads, that yields in great reproducibility. .
Additionally we also offers PureCube Al-NTA Magnetic Beads / MagBeads. Furthermore our PureCube Al-NTA resin beads can be pruchased pre-packed in PureCube cartridges/columns for FPLC bases assays.
