Our PureCube Ti-NTA magnetic beads / Magbeads were developed for the enrichment of phosphorylated biomolecules like peptides and proteins. The affinity matrix is composed of 6% cross-linked agarose with an average bead diameter of 30 µm. The very homogeneous setup of the MagBead suspension allows for a high degree of reproducibility between indivudual experiments. The concentration of the magnetic bead suspension is 25%.
