Our PureCube Ni-NTA COMPACT cartridges are filled with our high quality PureCube Ni-NTA Agarose (40 µm). The are used for the FPLC based purification of His tagged proteins. They are suited for most FPLC devices, just check the corresponding "Features" table to see if they also fit yours. Alternatively ee also offer cartridges / columns cartridges / columns of different formats filled with Ni-NTA. For higher flow rates we recommend our Ni-NTA agarose COMPACT cartridges with 100 µm diameter agarose beads.
