Our HiCap Strep-Tactin® Compact Cartridge is a FPLC-ready column that is pre-packed with our PureCube HiCap Strep-Tactin® agarose resin.
Furthermore, PureCube Strep-Tactin® agarose resin is also available unpacked for alternative purification methods such as batch-spin and column chromatography. Alternatively Cube Biotech also offers PureCube Strep-Tactin® magnetic beads/MagBeads.
The PureCube cartridge/column that is used here is compatible with almost all commonly used FPLC systems like ÄKTATM.

Can I get the datasheet for the PureCube HiCap Strep-Tactin® Compact Cartridge?
Is Strep-Tactin® the same as Streptavidin?
No, they are not. Strep-Tactin® is a bioengineered protein, originally based on Streptavidin. However, Strep-Tactin® cannot bind to biotin, while Streptavidin cannot bind to the Strep-tag.
Can I regenerate & reuse your Strep-Tactin® beads?
