PureHT™ Strep-Tactin®XT Plates feature IBA Lifesciences’ high-affinity Strep-Tactin®XT resin — now integrated into Cube’s patented dried-bead plate technology. Optimized for the purification of Twin-Strep-tagged proteins, these 96-deep-well plates deliver highly reproducible results across wells and conditions, enabling efficient screening and scale-up. With a total of 480 µl of pure magnetic beads per plate (at 5 µl per well), you have everything you need for a successful purification.

Compatibility and Customization
Compatible with a wide range of liquid handling robots (Opentrons, Hamilton STAR, Analytik Jena CyBio FeliX), these plates provide a reliable foundation for high-throughput protein purification.

Lab Results

Heatmap of relative yield after purification with PureHT Strep-TactinXT Plates — Fig. 1: Heatmap of relative yields after the purification of a Twin -Strep-tagged protein with PureHT^TM Strep-Tactin®XT Plates. The high reproducibility is showcased by a low well-to-well variability (CV ≤5%).

Multiple Screening Conditions on PureHT Plate — Fig. 2: 96-well plate setup for the protein purification screening of Twin-Strep-tagged mitogen-activated protein kinase 14 (MAPK14/p38-α) using a PureHT^TM Strep-Tactin®XT plate. This way, the influence of different buffer conditions (salt concentration and pH value) as well as varying pellet dilution/lysate viscosity could be screened in parallel.
