AChR T. Californica
Order number: 28601
Description
Our AChR is directly purified from the acetylcholine receptor of Torpedo californica. It is the best example of how customized protein purification beads can be used to isolate a protein without any epitope tags. The protein was purified through an agarose resin coupled to neurotoxin-3 from king cobras, a natural ligand of AChR.
