L-Glutathione reduced
Order number: 61035
Description
Reduced L-Glutathione is the natural ligand of the protein Glutathione-S-Transferase or GST. It is, therefore, an essential component for GST-tag-based protein purification assays.
Loose L-Glutathione (reduced) is a compound of the elution buffer of GST-tag purification assays. It works by giving the GST-tag an alternative substrate to bind to instead of the L-Glutathione on the involved purification beads.
