Description
Our PureCube HiCap Strep-Tactin® agarose XL resin beads consist of 6% cross-linked agarose that is coupled to the Strep-Tactin® protein. They enable protein yields of up to 5 mg protein per ml resin.
They were developed for FPLC and batch spin-based protein purification. Furthermore, PureCube Strep-Tactin® agarose resin is also available with smaller agarose beads for higher protein yield and more mechanical stability. Alternatively Cube Biotech also offers PureCube Strep-Tactin® magnetic beads / MagBeads.

Can I get the datasheet for the PureCube HiCap Strep-Tactin® Agarose XL?
Is Strep-Tactin® the same as Streptavidin?
No, they are not. Strep-Tactin® is a bioengineered protein, originally based on Streptavidin. However, Strep-Tactin® cannot bind to biotin, while Streptavidin cannot bind to the Strep-tag.
Can I regenerate & reuse your Strep-Tactin® beads?
