Description
Our PureCube Strep-Tactin® agarose resin beads consist of 6% cross-linked agarose that is coupled to the Strep-Tactin® protein. They enable protein yields of up to 5 mg protein per ml resin.
They were developed for FPLC and batch spin-based protein purification. PureCube Strep-Tactin® agarose can also be purchased pre-packed in FPLC cartridges and columns Furthermore, PureCube StrepTactin® agarose XL resin is also available for higher FPLC flow rates or very viscous cell media. Alternatively Cube Biotech also offers PureCube StrepTactin® magnetic beads/MagBeads.

FAQ
Can I get the datasheet for the PureCube StrepTactin® Agarose?
Is StrepTactin® the same as Streptavidin?
No, they are not. StrepTactin® is a bioengineered protein, originally based on Streptavidin. However, StrepTactin cannot bind to biotin, while Streptavidin cannot bind to the Strep-tag.
Can I regenerate & reuse your StrepTactin® beads?
