Description
Empty PureCube FPLC Columns provide the same technical features as PureCube prepacked FPLC columns. They can be filled with your affinity resin of choice. PureCube FPLC columns are available in two sizes, 1 ml and 5 ml bed volume, and two column geometries. Made from robust materials, the body and end plugs are resistant to the most commonly used reagents. The void volume in each end plug is minimal because the fluid is introduced through a narrow flow path. Recommended operational pressure is up to 3 bar (42 psi). The PureCube FPLC cartridge/column is compatible with almost all commonly used FPLC systems like ÄKTATM.
