PureCube IDA (iminodiacetic acid) MagBeads were developed for IMAC-based protein purification and protein enrichment methods. The beads in this suspension have an average diameter of 30 µm and thus great mechanical stability.
Since the affinity of an IDA-metal-ion-complex depends on the loaded metal ion, we offer IDA MagBeads uncoupled to any metal ion for the case that we do not offer your desired NTA + metal ion combination. Through our coupling protocol, you can in turn attach your desired metal ions to the agarose beads.
PureCube IDA MagBeads is also available with a bead diameter of 90 µm. Furthermore, PureCube IDA products can also be obtained as agarose resin for FPLC assays or batch spin approaches.
