PureHT™ Ni-INDIGO Plates combine Cube Biotech’s advanced Ni-INDIGO resin with our patented dried-bead plate technology. Designed for the purification of His-tagged proteins, these prefilled 96-deep-well plates ensure uniform bead distribution, reproducibility (CV ≤5%), and straightforward integration with automation platforms. With a total of 240 µl of pure magnetic beads per plate (at 2.5 µl per well), you have everything you need for a successful purification.

Compatibility and Customization
Compatible with a wide range of liquid handling robots (Opentrons, Hamilton STAR, Analytik Jena CyBio FeliX), these plates provide a reliable foundation for high-throughput protein purification.

Parallel Protein Screening on PureHT Plate

Using a PureHTTM Ni-INDIGO plate, the parallel purification annexin A2 (ANXA2), sodium channel regulatory subunit beta-1 (SCN1B), synaptosomal-associated protein 25 and 29 (SNAP25/SNAP29) could each be purified from E. coli lysate under 24 different conditions in parallel.
