Why PureHT™ Plate Technology

Purifying proteins—whether soluble or membrane proteins—has always been a challenge: from aggregation to scaling workflows while maintaining reproducibility. Even with automation, steps like manual magnetic bead allocation can introduce errors.

PureHT™ Plates remove these obstacles by pre-filling deep-well plates with lyophilized Ni-INDIGO or Strep-Tactin® magnetic beads. Uniform bead distribution eliminates variation between wells, enabling scientists to go from cell lysate to elution in less than an hour.
