PureCube Streptavidin MagBeads
Description
PureCube Streptavidin MagBeads are high-performance magnetic agarose beads designed for efficient and specific immobilization of biotinylated molecules. Each bead consists of a ferrimagnetic core coated with 6% agarose and functionalized with streptavidin, enabling strong and selective binding to biotinylated proteins and other biomolecules.
The magnetic core allows for rapid and convenient separation using a standard magnet, making these beads ideal for batch processing and simplifying workflow steps such as washing and elution. The agarose surface, combined with the exceptional specificity of the streptavidin–biotin interaction, ensures minimal non-specific protein binding and high purity results.
PureCube Streptavidin MagBeads are well-suited for a wide range of applications, including protein purification, immunoprecipitation, and molecular interaction studies, offering reliability, ease of use, and consistent performance in laboratory workflows.
