Description
We are excited to introduce our off-the-shelf, full-length, active, and native ATP-binding cassete sub-family C member 5, commonly known as ABCC5. This ATP-dependent transporter is responsible for exporting cyclic nucleotides such as cGMP and cAMP, helping maintain intracellular signaling molecule balance. ABCC5 also acts as an efflux transporter for a variety of drugs, including anticancer agents such as doxorubicin, 6-thioguanine, and paclitaxel, as well as antiviral drugs.
