We are excited to introduce our off-the-shelf, full-length, active, and native Claudin 7, commonly known as CLDN7. This protein has been demonstrated to play a pivotal role in maintaining cell architecture and participating in cell signaling. It plays a key role in epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in which epithelial cells gain migratory and invasive properties. Furthermore, it has been identified as a tumour-promoting gene, with a correlation between its expression and various forms of cancer, including colorectal, lung, breast, ovarian, and cervical carcinomas. Consequently, it is considered a promising target for cancer therapy.
