CLRN1 / USH3A - Clarin-1
Order number: 70911
Description
We are excited to introduce our off-the-shelf, full-length, active, and native Clarin-1 - commonly known as CLRN1. It is a protein that plays a role in the development and homeostasis of the inner ear and retina, and in vision and hearing in general. It is also involved in the development of synapses, which allow cell-cell communication. Mutations in CLRN1 have been associated with several diseases that affect hearing or vision, such as retinitis pigmentosa and Usher syndrome type 3a.
Our CLRN1 protein has been solubilized and stabilized using our NativeMP™ platform, ensuring it retains its native structure and full biological activity, making it ideal for various research applications.
