Our PureCube Epoxy Activated MagBeads XL are a great tool to thiol, amine and hydroxyl groups coupling of biomolecules from a viscous cell lysate. The resulting secondary amine, ether- or thio-ether-bonds between biomolecule of interest and the beads are stable, for any subsequent experiments. Our PureCube Epoxy Activated MagBeads is also available as regular sized magnetic beads (30 µm) for less viscous cell lysated or as agarose resin beads for FPLC assays.
