PureCube Epoxy Activated MagBeads XL
Order number: 58805
Description
PureCube Epoxy Activated MagBeads XL are your best option to couple biomolecules that carry free-standing amine (NH2) and thiol (SH) groups. The resulting amide and thiol bond between the Epoxy MagBeads and your biomolecule of interest is stable so that the bead can be used for other applications afterward. Our PureCube Epoxy Activated MagBeads XL are also available as agarose resin in case you prefer FPLC or batch spin methods, or as Magbeads with a smaller bead diameter if your downstream application involves requires more mechanical stable beads.

FAQ
Can I get the datasheet for the Epoxy Activated MagBeads XL?
What can I do with these beads?
The beads carry reactive Epoxy groups on their surface. These can be used to bind all sorts of biomolecules if they carry free amine (NH2) or thiol (SH) groups. The subsequent use of the beads depends on what biomolecule was coupled.
How does the coupling work?
How long can I store the Epoxy Agarose?
The reactive properties of the Epoxy beads are very potent. But therefore, they degrade over time. We can safely say that upon delivery the beads last for up to 6 months. If properly stored of course.
