PureCube IDA (iminodiacetic acid) agarose resin was developed for IMAC-based protein purification and protein enrichment methods. The beads in this suspension have an average diameter of 40 µm and thus great mechanical stability.
Since the affinity of an IDA-metal-ion-complex depends on the loaded metal ion, we offer IDA agarose resin uncoupled to any metal ion for the case that we do not offer your desired IDA + metal ion combination. Through our coupling protocol, you can in turn attach your desired metal ions to the agarose beads.
PureCube IDA resin is also available with a bead diameter of 400 µm for higher FPLC flow rates or asIDA magnetic beads. Furthermore, PureCube IDA agarose can also be obtained pre-packed into FPLC cartridges/columns.
The PureCube cartridge/column that is used here is compatible with almost all commonly used FPLC systems like ÄKTA TM.
However, we already have a vast collection of IDA and NTA-based beads in our store. Maybe we already have what you need.
