The PureCube NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid) Compact Cartridge was developed for IMAC-based protein purification and protein enrichment methods. The beads in the pre-packed resin have an average diameter of 40 µm. This small sized provides great mechanical stability.
The Purecube NTA agarose resin is packed into our PureCube Compact Cartridge. The Compact Cartridge is designed for compability with most commonly used FPLC systems like AEKTAs.
Since the affinity of an NTA-metal-ion-complex depends on the loaded metal ion, we offer NTA agarose resin uncoupled to any metal ion for the case that we do not offer your desired NTA + metal ion combination. Through our coupling protocol, you can in turn attach your desired metal ions to the agarose beads.
However, we already have a vast collection of NTA-based beads in our store. Maybe we already have what you need.
