PureCube NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid) XL MagBeads were developed for IMAC-based protein purification and protein enrichment methods. The beads in this suspension have an average diameter of 90 µm.
Since the affinity of an NTA-metal-ion-complex depends on the loaded metal ion, we offer NTA MagBeads uncoupled to any metal ion for the case that we do not offer your desired NTA + metal ion combination. Through our coupling protocol, you can in turn attach your desired metal ions to the agarose beads.
PureCube NTA MagBeads is also available with a bead diameter of 30 µm. Furthermore, PureCube NTA products can also be obtained as agarose resin for FPLC assays or batch spin approaches.
