PureHT™ Ni-INDIGO Plates combine Cube Biotech’s advanced Ni-INDIGO resin with our patented dried-bead plate technology. Designed for the purification of His-tagged proteins, these prefilled 96-deep-well plates ensure uniform bead distribution, reproducibility (CV ≤5%), and straightforward integration with automation platforms. With a total of 240 µl of pure magnetic beads per plate (at 2.5 µl per well), you have everything you need for a successful purification.

Parallel Protein Screening on PureHT Plate — Fig. 2:96-well plate setup for the protein purification screening of different His6-tagged proteins. Using a PureHT^TM Ni-INDIGO plate, the parallel purification annexin A2 (ANXA2), sodium channel regulatory subunit beta-1 (SCN1B), synaptosomal-associated protein 25 and 29 (SNAP25/SNAP29) could each be purified from E. coli lysate under 24 different conditions in parallel.
