Description
Buffer XT-R is a ready-to-use regeneration buffer for Strep-Tactin®XT resins. It contains magnesium chloride which competitively displaces biotin from the resin after protein elution with biotin-containing buffer BXT. Please note that Buffer XT-R is not compatible with Strep-Tactin® resins.
