LPAR3 - Lysophosphatidic acid receptor 3
Order number: 71831
Description
We are excited to introduce our off-the-shelf, full-length, active, and native Lysophosphatidic acid receptor 3, commonly known as LPAR3. It is a G-protein coupled receptor that binds the extracellular lipid mediator lysophosphatidic acid (LPA). It is widely expressed in human tissues, with particularly high density in the heart, reproductive system (prostate, testes, uterus), brain, and gastrointestinal tract.
Our LPAR3 protein has been solubilized and stabilized using our NativeMP™ platform, ensuring it retains its native structure and full biological activity, making it ideal for various research applications.

| Function | LPAR3 is a Class A GPCR that preferentially binds unsaturated lysophosphatidic acid to drive intracellular calcium release, cell migration, and survival through Gq/11 and Gi/o signaling. It is an active therapeutic target in oncology to prevent cancer invasion and metastasis, as well as in neurodegenerative disorders and reproductive biology. |
