PureCube NTA XL (nitrilotriacetic acid) agarose resin was developed for IMAC-based protein purification and protein enrichment methods. The beads in this suspension have an average diameter of 400 µm. This is very large and is meant for very high flow rates in e.g. FPLC assays or very viscous cell media.
Since the affinity of an NTA-metal-ion-complex depends on the loaded metal ion, we offer NTA agarose resin uncoupled to any metal ion for the case that we do not offer your desired NTA + metal ion combination. Through our coupling protocol, you can in turn attach your desired metal ions to the agarose beads.
PureCube NTA resin is also available with a bead diameter of 40 µm or 100 µm for greater mechanical stability or as NTA magnetic beads.
