Carboxy Activated
Our Carboxy Activated Beads are carrying a free carboxyl group that can be activated by adding N-hydroxy-succinimide (NHS). Proteins can then bind covalently via amine groups, forming a stable peptide bond. Therefore the usability of our Carboxy Activated Beads is only limited by the necessary presence of free amine groups on your biomolecule's surface.
